Hallett Racing School

Hallett Racing School is owned by Connie and Scott Stephens. After more than 10 years of working with his father at Stephens Racing Inc. as a mechanic, manager, crew chief and racing instructor, Scott has a vast amount of experience to draw on. He was involved with the Sports Toyota Championship since its inception. Hallett Motor Racing Circuit, operated by his father, Mike Stephens and CITGO Petroleum Corporation teamed up to co-sponsor the team in 1998. (Photo at left - Click for larger Images)

Shayne Stephens of Tulsa, a private pilot, won the American Indy Car Series race at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit in a Lola Buick V6 Turbo, April '98. Scott is currently an instructor for Stephens Brothers Racing as well as sharing the ownership and management of Hallett Motor Racing Circuit.

Hallett Racing School and the Hallett Management Staff have recently moved the complete operations from Tulsa into the new facilities at the track. This is a great improvement and convenience for all concerned as their complete commitment to the racing industry can now be focused on-premise. The new facility adds an additional 8000 square feet, nearly doubling the existing structures, and now offers a complete repair shop with paint and body to better serve your racing needs and events. Hallett is a 1.8 mile road racing facility 35 miles west of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Home of the Competition Motorsports Association (COMMA) and Hallett Racing School of High Performance Driving. Hallett also hosts a wide variety of road racing events, including Sports Car Club of America Drivers Schools, Regionals and Nationals, Porsche Club of American Driver Education and Club Racing Events, BMW, Alfa, AtomFest, Corvette, Viper, Vintage Racing and Shelby events, motorcycle rider training program H.A.R.T., HRRC and CMRA Motorcycle Road Racing, KART and IKF Go Cart Enduro Racing and much much more.

Hallett Motor Racing Circuit is ideal for private tune and test sessions and high speed touring, as it is a technically difficult track with wide grassy runoff areas and no Armco or concrete barriers.
